A Fabulous Week of Fairmont Living

Mom and Drew spent many hours together cuddling and her making him giggle. Needless to say the first few days at home he hasn't wanted to spend much time on his own! This has been a bit hectic with 14+ loads of laundry and grass to be mowed...but Nanas must hang with their grandkidlets! Thanks, Mom.
The Fairmont Hot Springs where we spent MANY hours...

Drew loves to stand now...but is still a bit short to bend over. Love the shot of his legs - and to think his dad used to call him "Chicken Legs". Not now....

We spent some time with some old friends - the Cusitars. They were also in Fairmont. Hiked to some natural springs with them, then had a picnic on the side of the hill. Not really relaxing with five kids and FOUR worried grandparents!

This little girl wanted nothing to do with Jack and his "help" catching her butterfly until he showed up with his butterfly nets...

Annie and Jack's new friend. Her name is Jaqueline. A cute little girl adopted by a set of grandparents - she was from the Phillipines.

We got drenched on Wednesday nite! Other than that pretty much perfect weather - low 30s for the first part of the week. Back up to 28 for Saturday...lots of time to get a few freckles.

The river at our "back door". Mom and the kids spent lots of time sitting over here by the river watching the "fisherboys".

Our campsite - even got our trailers parked so we could look at each other instead of walking around one of the trailers all week.

The Nana and the Papa - a nice shot of them by the Columbia River.

Our "Fairmont" family photo - taken on Wednesday nite after meeting when we were all cleaned up and didn't look like we were living at the pool!
